  1. Interview with you to discuss your objectives.
  2. Describe the authorized brokerage relationships a real estate licensee may have with a customer per Florida state law - (Chapter 475).
  3. Describe a real estate transaction. (What you can expect).
  4. Explain all forms associated with a Real Estate transaction.
  5. I will describe the escrow (down payment) process
  6. I will perform an ongoing search for properties that match your requirements and provide timely information to you.
  7. Keep buyer informed of the transaction “progress and status”.
  8. I will schedule and attend with you the showing of properties.
  9. Provide information about Manatee county (especially out of town buyers) as requested.
  10. Attend, in Buyer’s best interest, all Buyer ordered home inspections, appraisals and walk-thrus as well as the Closing.
  11. Provide counsel and suggest strategies for Buyer offers and counter-offers.
  12. Prepare and present to seller’s agent your purchase offers and counter-offers.
  13. I will follow through on all contract contingencies to be sure they are completed.
  14. Provide a list and contact information of service companies, utilities and government agencies you may need during the transaction and moving process.
  15. Assist the buyer in obtaining pre-approval/approval of a home mortgage loan.
