Are you thinking about selling your home but you're not sure what it is worth (i.e. the Market Value)?  The Market Value is the same price that a Buyer is willing to pay and the Seller is willing to accept for a home.  But, how do you set the Asking Price (i.e. the Market Value) before you even put your home up for sale?

The Market Value of your home is determined by a number of factors, including the selling price of other homes in your area. To see what other homes in your area have sold for recently, enter your address in the space provided below.  You now have a "list" of homes with their selling price, but none of these homes compare exactly to your home.

So, a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) is required.  The CMA typically takes three homes from the list and adjustments are calculated to "bring these homes into sync" with your home.  You now have a valid CMA for a basis of setting your asking price.

I WILL PREPARE A VALID CMA FOR YOUR HOME AT NO COST OR OBLIGATION TO YOU!

To provide a professional, useable CMA, it is necessary for me to include an interview with the seller and a personal, on-site review of the home. I require these before I will be able to give out any numbers!  So, please contact me to set an appointment.  Again, this is at no cost or obligation to you.
