MY MISSION STATEMENT

  • To represent my buyer or seller as an Aggressive RealtorŪ That Can Save You Time and Money in you real estate transactions.

  • To provide my buyer or seller my knowledge, the status and all pertinent data in a timely manner for them to make informed decisions.

  • My purpose is for you to be so outrageously happy with the help I provide you that you would gladly introduce me to family members, friends and neighbors that trust you.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

I was the Director of the Space Shuttle program

for 8 years at Honeywell. I know the dedication,

creativity, and the sacrifice (and more) it takes

to put a Space Shuttle in orbit or a Space Station

in place! I BRING THESE SAME QUALITIES

TO THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION.

 

  • I have a BSEE from the University of Missouri-Rolla and extensive studies at the University of Minnesota and Harvard.
  • Self-taught Graphics Art Designer.
  • Past Director of the Space Shuttle Program and held many other positions  at Honeywell. 
  • I have lived in the Tampa Bay Area for 38 Years.
  • I am an avid Golfer and know the area courses and communities.  
  • I grew up in St.Louis, MO and have lived in Minneapolis, MN and Westchester County, NY.
  • Past President of our school PTA and church Director of Christian Education.
  • Former Cub Scout leader and Little League baseball coach.
  • I have had my Amateur Radio license since I was 12 Years old.
  • Member of Delta Sigma Phi college fraternity.
  • I have significant career and worldly experiences.  One word that does not exist in my vocabulary is the word "CAN'T".  I believe this exemplifies my character and make-up as a person.  I believe I am a very good RealtorŪ.

    MY APPROACH TO REAL ESTATE

    I believe that the best way to discuss something is still person-to-person and face-to-face.  Computers are great, the internet is fine and e-mails do serve a purpose.  But, I like to talk to a real person if I can.
