I will provide timely communications and information about the status, upcoming events, changes in the market, etc. that affect your transaction.  (How many times have you heard a person say:  "I listed my home with this agent and I haven't heard from him in months"?  THAT'S NOT ME!). You will be able to make well-informed decisions.
  3. Educating my clients.  I spend a lot of time describing in detail all aspects and steps involved in your real estate transaction.  It can be very complex and scary.  I can assure you that this will alleviate apprehension and stress and allow you to concentrate on other activities, like preparing to move.

HOW  I OPERATE:

 

My office is in a separate, dedicated room in my home.  I have a complete complement of resources, second to none.  This allows me to essentially work for you 24/7.

 

My direct number (941.776.1274) is my land line in my home office.  If I am away from home, I call-forward my land line to my cell phone.  So, everyone that calls that one number can be assured they will reach me directly.

 

I do not screen my calls.  I do not out-source to a third party any of MY responsibilities to YOU.  I do not have clients or others that call me go through a menu and punch buttons to reach me.

 

You know how frustrating and aggravating it can be when you want an immediate answer to a question you have  -  but you can't talk to a real person when you call!
